With over 35 years of experience in the energy sector, Steve has developed profound expertise in technical, operational, and management roles, working globally on land and offshore projects under various international regulations.
As Technical Director, Steve leads the development and implementation of technical strategies that align with our company objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. He possesses both management and hands-on experience in Underbalanced Drilling, HPHT Drilling, vertical, directional, horizontal S-shaped, and high-inclination multilateral wells. His expertise spans geothermal, oil, gas, gas storage, mining, geological disposal facilities, water wells, and long-reach wells, making him a versatile leader in the field.
Steve’s commitment to safety is reflected in his qualifications, which include IWCF Level 4 Well Control, NEBOSH, and IOSH certifications. He excels in identifying and mitigating technical risks while driving research and development initiatives that incorporate innovative technologies into our operations.
